Basic Company Data
- The company was established under the name of VARIMATIK SLOKOV a.s. without call for share subscription based on the Establishment Contract of 6 October 1998. The company was set up for an indefinite period of time.
- By the decision of the sole shareholder dated 26 June 2002, the company’s name was changed from VARIMATIK a.s. to Krušnohorské strojírny Komořany a.s., based at Dřínovská 3, 434 01 Most – Komořany, Czech Republic.
- VARIMATIK is a trademark of automatically controlled boilers designed for combustion of graded brown coal (ořech 2 – nut 2).
- Krušnohorské strojírny Komořany a.s. has manufactured these boilers, the power outputs of which range between 20 kW and 650 kW, since 2002. They are designed for both heating of family houses, boarding houses and other small buildings and installation in central boiler houses supplying heat to schools, hotels and/or smaller housing estates. Low operating costs and minimum requirements for operation are the indisputable advantages of the VARIMATIK boilers. High efficiency and low emission predestine them as replacements for old and currently non-conforming boilers for combustion of brown coal. Modern structure and quality materials ensure high operational reliability and long operating life. If operating instructions and correct maintenance are observed, the boilers need not be serviced.
